Come to this class and learn to strengthen your core using Pilates principles, exercise balls and resistance bands.

Improving your core strength will help to support your spine, improve your balance and help you to feel strong. You will learn proper form for multiple exercises and learn how to breathe properly to engage your core muscles.

This class is open to everyone, but is especially vital for those who have healed from an injury or surgery and need to improve core stability.

A fee of 100 percent will be deducted from the amount paid if you cancel your registration less than 24 hours before the event.

Special Instructions

This class is ongoing -- you may join at any time. It takes about eight weeks to learn the basics of the class. Each class is tailored to the level of those in attendence.
