Labor Comfort Measures and Relaxation Skills In-Person Class
Fee: $30
This in-person class provides you and your partner with ways to increase your comfort, confidence and sense of control during the birth experience. Techniques include breathing and relaxation, exercises, massage, positioning and more unmedicated comfort measures. We strongly recommend taking a childbirth preparation class prior to attending.
Please note that this class does not cover labor medication options.
