Breastfeeding Support Group In Person at Sharp Grossmont Hospital
Attend this free support group with your baby to learn about the joys and challenges of breastfeeding.

Sharp HealthCare is committed to helping you give your baby the best possible start in life. International Board Certified Lactation (IBCLC) nurses and lactation educators will provide information and hands-on breastfeeding support, including getting the most successful latch, measuring how much milk a baby takes at the breast, and providing new ideas and techniques to improve breastfeeding success at home.
This in-person support group is free and registration is not required. Fathers/partners are welcome. Please refrain from attending if you are sick or think you might be contagious.

Parking Information
Free parking is available in structure No. 2, which is located closest to the main hospital entrance. Please bring your parking ticket with you to the group meeting to receive validation. Parking in other structures or lots may result in a small fee.

All visitors to the Women's Center should park in structure No. 2, adjacent to the main entrance of the hospital. Please bring your parking ticket with you to class for validation. There is no fee for parking.

There are no group meetings on major holidays.
What to Bring
Please bring your baby and a mask. You are also welcome to have an adult support person attend with you.
Please note that all visitors to the Sharp Grossmont Hospital for Women & Newborns age 18 and older are now required to present a government-issued photo ID upon arrival.
