Are you feeling irritable, anxious or overwhelmed? Are you crying frequently? Do you need support and are unable to find it? Do you have a history of anxiety and/or depression?

If you answered "yes" to one or more of the questions above, you are not alone. Postpartum mood disorders affect up to 20 percent of new mothers and are very treatable. Join our free virtual support group for new mothers to share experiences and get support.

The group offers education and support for women suffering "baby blues" symptoms, postpartum depression and/or anxiety.

  • Feelings of isolation
  • How to seek support
  • Issues related to postpartum mood disorders
