Norm W. Timmins holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of North Dakota and a juris doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. He has worked at both Wells Fargo and Merrill Lynch and is currently the gift and estate planning director for the Sharp HealthCare Foundation.
