San Diego Weight Management Programs and Support
A healthy approach to successful weight loss.
We know losing weight isn't easy — and finding a healthy method can be confusing. So at Sharp Rees-Stealy's Center for Health Management, we offer a variety of nonsurgical programs to help you lose weight safely. Our expert teams teach practical skills for long-term success, and offer unwavering support for results you never thought possible.
Choosing a program that works for you.
As a patient at Sharp Rees-Stealy, you have access to dietitian consultations, telephonic health coaching and long-term support. Our Center for Health Management offers education programs, weight-loss kits and an online store stocked with healthy products.
We have two structured, advanced programs to help you get the most out of your experience. Our Healthy Solutions® program teaches principles of weight loss that you can use. And our medically supervised program, which was named by U.S. News & World Report as a 2017 "Best Diet" for both weight loss and fast weight loss, is a perfect fit for those needing extra guidance. And if your child's weight is worrying you, we offer consults with a registered dietitian through our Pediatric Health Initiative to help build the framework for a healthy future.
