If you're ready to quit smoking, or chewing tobacco, Sharp HealthCare's Second Breath program can help.
This free web-based program is designed to guide you through the process of becoming tobacco-free by addressing both the habit and addiction components of tobacco. During the six-weekly sessions you will build skills in behavior change, stress management, weight control, effective medication use and relapse prevention. Long-term support and follow-up is provided.
Participants who experience a relapse are welcome to repeat the program within one year free of charge.
- Who? Open to everyone, but enrollment is limited to the first 30 participants.
- Where? No travel required. Attend the class live online.
- When? Six 60-minute sessions.
- Computer requirements: Any computer, smartphone or tablet with an internet connection, microphone and speakers. A webcam/camera is optional. Login instructions will be emailed prior to the first class.

The instructor from Sharp Rees Stealy's Center for Health Management will email you the WebEx login information by the morning of the first class. Please make sure that you provide a valid email address during registration.
If you do not receive the login instructions, please call us at 1-800-82-SHARP (1-800-827-4277) by 3 pm on the day of your class, so that the information can be resent.
Please log into the webinar 10 to 15 minutes early on the first night of class.
