Sharp Pulmonary Care Conference: Exhibitor Registration

We welcome you to partner with us for this event and look forward to working with you to reach your target audience. As an exhibitor, you will be able to showcase your products, devices and/or other services to approximately 200 respiratory therapists, registered nurses and physicians attending this conference.
The Silver Level exhibit fee ($500) will enable you to have one on-site representatives display at a 6-foot table on the outdoor patio. Recognition on printed materials and event signage is also included.
*In order for your organization to be included on the event website, please register no later than Oct. 2.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration for this event, please call 1-800-827-4277 Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, or log in to your account to cancel online.
A fee of 100 percent will be deducted from the amount paid if you cancel your registration less than 92 days before the event.
Parking Information
Free parking is available in the lot in front of the building. Please enter the lot via Gate 1 from Spectrum Center Boulevard.
Fee Information
There are no refunds after July 26.
Special Instructions
- This activity is for scientific and educational purposes only and its content will not promote any specific proprietary business interest of the vendor/exhibitor.
- All sales and promotional activities must be contained within the designated areas. Booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received.
- Please keep a copy of your confirmation email as it will serve as your receipt.
Schedule
The agenda, objectives and a list of speakers and sponsors will be available on the conference website and will be emailed to you.
Arrival
Exhibitors may set up at 7 am and the exhibit hall will close at 4 pm.
