Are you caring for a loved one at home without much outside support? This four-part series for family caregivers is run by a team from Sharp HealthCare, including physical therapists, occupational therapists and social workers.
The class will offer information on the following topics:
- Proper transfer techniques
- Managing medications
- Caregiver self-care
- Community resources
