This class is designed for busy couples who want the basic facts about childbirth preparation in one day.

If you registered using the City of San Diego employee discount, please remember to have your employee identification badge ready to show the instructor if asked.
Special Instructions
Student Observation: If you are not an expectant parent and need to observe a class, approval must be obtained prior to attendance. Please be advised that any paid registration for observation purposes will not be refunded. To obtain approval, please call 1-800-82-SHARP and you will be referred to the appropriate location.
Presenter Information
This class is taught by a certified perinatal educator.
Arrival
For online classes, you can attend via computer or mobile device (smartphone or tablet). You will be sent login instructions in a separate email from your registration confirmation.

What to Bring
Please have two pillows and a blanket to use during class. Ample breaks will be given.
