A congestive heart failure specialist moderates this free virtual education class, which is open to anyone who has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure (CHF). There will be different guest speakers and discussion topics each month to help you learn how to live well with CHF.

After class, attendees will have opportunity for further CHF education and to have their questions answered in a supportive environment.
