Managing Sleep and Fatigue Workshop for Cancer Patients

Please note that classes will be held virtually until further notice. You can attend via your phone, computer or mobile device. Please provide your email address during registration. An email will be sent to you with the login/call-in information by the morning of the workshop.

This free online workshop is designed to help cancer patients and their loved ones with fatigue and sleep issues that are common side effects both during and after treatment.

Our cancer patient navigator will provide tips and strategies to teach you how to relax, improve your sleep and manage persistent fatigue.

Advanced registration is required. Your loved ones are also encouraged to attend.
