Practicing Calm Online Workshop
This free virtual class is designed to reduce stress and increase peace, joy and comfort of those living with cancer.
Presented by Sharp HealthCare
This virtual workshop held Friday mornings is open to Sharp HealthCare patients and members of the public. A cancer diagnosis is not required in order to participate, though the class is led by a cancer center clinician.
The instructor will offer breathing and other relaxation exercises, as well as guided meditations. This brief experience is designed to reduce tension and stress in the body and the mind, increasing your sense of peace and well-being.
You can participate either by phone or preferably via a video-enabled device, such as a smartphone, tablet or computer, that ideally can be operated hands-free during class. Login and call-in instructions will emailed to you after registration.
To register and find out more about this workshop, please contact the presenter by providing your name and email address in the "Learn More" box above. Someone will contact you within two business days.
