This support group is for anyone considering metabolic and bariatric surgery or in the pre/post-surgery stages.

This free support group is designed to provide information, education, moral support and advice related to weight loss and bariatric surgery. We welcome anyone, regardless of Sharp HealthCare affiliation, who is working on personal weight-loss goals, and individuals considering bariatric surgery or those who are in the pre/post-surgery stages.
Each meeting is designed with a specific topic or open forum discussion. Time for Q&A is also provided to encourage participants to obtain relevant information for their weight loss success.

Schedule
This support group occurs the last Wednesday of every odd-numbered month. Please see the schedule above for exact dates and times.
Arrival
You can attend via any computer or mobile device (smartphone or tablet) that has an audio connection and microphone. A webcam is preferred for video access. Once registered, you will receive a link to attend the event. Please log in five minutes before the support group begins to ensure you do not have any technical issues.
