This free support group is designed to provide information, education, moral support and advice related to weight loss and bariatric surgery. We welcome anyone, regardless of Sharp HealthCare affiliation, who is thinking about metabolic and bariatric surgery or in the pre/post-surgery stages.
Each meeting is designed with a specific topic or open forum discussion. Time for Q&A is also provided to encourage participants to obtain relevant information for their weight loss success.

March 30: Yoga and mediation (11 am to noon)
May 25: Open forum (5 to 6 pm)
July 27: Exercise (10 to 11 am)
Sept. 28: Mindful eating (Noon to 1 pm)
Nov. 30: Goal setting (Noon to 1 pm)

You can attend via any computer or mobile device (smartphone or tablet) that has an audio connection and microphone. A webcam is preferred for video access.
