You have a birth plan, but do you have a postpartum recovery plan? Prioritizing your healing after delivery is just as important as you take on the challenges of new motherhood.
This virtual workshop, led by a Sharp HealthCare physical therapist, will help you navigate the early recovery process that occurs during the “fourth trimester" — the first three months after birth. Learn how to set yourself up for success by understanding your postpartum body better, recognizing symptoms of common postpartum conditions and approaching your return to exercise safely without causing injury.
This online workshop is beneficial for pregnant mothers and their partners, as well as new moms who have given birth within the last three months.
