If you're hungry for healthy eating advice, join us at this free class.

March is National Nutrition Month. Attend this free class with a Sharp registered dietitian nutritionist to find out what healthy eating is for people in 2023. You will learn what a healthy plate looks like, how to read nutrition labels, tips for grocery shopping, and strategies for eating healthy while eating out.
