Bringing up end-of-life issues with your family can be challenging. Making your wishes known in legal documents can be even tougher. Yet, having the conversation now, while you are well and not in a crisis, will help ensure that your wishes are honored.
Attend this free seminar to get an overview of the advance care planning process and receive tips on how to start conversations with your loved ones. The instructor will utilize the "Hello" game, an experiential learning tool that helps people break down barriers and talk openly about personal values, what matters most to them and may in turn encourage participation in advance care planning.
Please come with an open mind and a willingness to share. Free personalized booklets and game chips will be provided to each attendee.
