This workshop held every Friday is open to Sharp HealthCare patients and members of the public who are living with cancer. The instructor will guide you through breathing exercises, chair yoga movements (yoga practiced while sitting in a chair) and meditations. The exercises are designed to reduce stress by releasing tension in your body and increasing your sense of peace and well-being.
The class is ideal for all yoga levels – from beginners to experienced. Healing touch is offered as an option at the end of some classes.
Registration is not required prior to attending. To find out more about this workshop, please contact the program manager by providing your name and email address in the "Learn More" box above. Someone will contact you within two business days.
Please note that there will be no class on Friday, June 22.
