Your Bridge to Health Program

Achieve your peak health by enrolling for this 90-day nutrition and fitness program through the Sewall Healthy Living Center at Sharp Coronado Hospital. Under the guidance of medical director Dr. Gary Levinson, you will work directly with a registered dietitian and personal trainer to reach your specific health and wellness goals.  

This comprehensive program includes:

  • Cardiac and metabolic lab screenings
  • Body composition tests with InBody
  • Eighteen 50-minute personal training sessions, including two functional movement assessments
  • Nutrition intake evaluation
  • Eleven 30-minute nutrition sessions
  • Review of results by a physician
  • Six-month unlimited membership to the Sewall Healthy Living Fitness Center

This program is valued at more than $2,500, but is available now for a discounted rate of $1,600 per person.
