I really like Dr Scott. I appreciate her attentiveness. Ox has had a red spot on her lips for years and we've forgotten to bring it up over the years. It was something we meant to but forgot. So I really appreciate her asking all the questions. Even with our eldest and her broken collar bones. Etc the follow up questions etc.

Dr. Scott came in the room without cleaning her hands. She had a runny nose and cleaned her nose multiple times during the visit. When it came time to examine my son she went to grab gloves without cleaning her hands 1st. When asked if she could wash her hands due to cleaning her nose repeatedly she stated "that's why I was getting gloves." Dr. Scott did wash her hands but the tone of the remainder of the visit changed. When asking clarifying questions for follow up it felt like I was given same short answers. When Dr. Scott left the office, she slammed the door. It may have been unintentional but due to the attitude during the visit, it did not seem like an accident. As a nurse and parent bedside manner is extremely important to me, as his handwashing regardless of use of gloves or not. Also if the doctor was symptomatic I feel like she should be wearing a mask since that is asked of patients and families.

Doctor was great. Made the visit enjoyable very positive.
