At Sharp, we’re improving how you manage your care and your bills. On March 1, we upgraded to a single electronic health record and billing system. During this transition, paying your bills online will be temporarily based on your billing statement service date. Thank you for your patience as we make these improvements.

Make a payment.
If the service date on your billing statement is February 2024 or earlier, please sign in to the original bill pay platform to pay your bill.
If the service date on your billing statement is March 2024 or later, please use the new Sharp app to pay your bill.

For health care services provided February 2024 or earlier, you may receive bills and statements for Sharp-affiliated physician services and from the clinic or hospital at which you received care.
For health care services provided by a Sharp-affiliated physician or at a Sharp HealthCare facility March 2024 or later, you will receive a single bill or statement.

On March 1, Sharp patients will have access to the new Sharp HeathCare app via desktop and mobile. The app is a new way to take care of your health, and your bills for health care services provided March 2024 or later.
For health care services provided February 2024 or earlier, please sign in to the original bill pay platform to pay your bill. If you don't have an account, you can make a one-time payment.
For health care services provided March 2024 or later, please use the new Sharp app to pay your bill.
In 2025, Sharp HealthCare will be fully transitioned to our new improved billing system.

We want to make it as easy as possible to manage your bills, which is why we offer paperless billing. You can choose how you want to receive your billing statements and notifications — via mail, email or both.
To get started, sign in to the new Sharp app and select "Billing summary" from the menu options. Follow the prompts to sign up for paperless billing.
We are making improvements to how you can view and pay your bills through our new Sharp app via computer and mobile devices. When you create an account, you will be able to view your statements for Sharp Rees-Stealy and Sharp hospitals in one place, make payments and pay all your invoices by credit card, debit card or via your checking account in one transaction. You will also be able to save your preferred payment method for future use. Get started now.
If you prefer not to create an account, you can still pay your bill online by using our one-time payment form.
You can sign in to Sharp to make a partial payment on a bill. However, making a partial payment will not prevent a past-due bill from going to a collections agency.
If you can’t pay your whole bill at once, Sharp HealthCare offers many payment options via the Sharp app, including monthly payment installments. This lets you automatically pay a small amount each month. Payment plans are also available for connected family.
Sharp also offers financial assistance for eligible patients who need help with emergency or medically necessary care received in a Sharp hospital. Financial assistance is available for qualified low-income patients to assist with all or part of a hospital bill. Start the process by applying online, and we'll work with you to determine a payment arrangement or offer financial assistance based on your financial situation.
