I chose a career in medicine because It’s a great feeling to work in a field where you can directly help people every day. I am a dedicated dermatologist with a holistic approach to patient care. My philosophy centers on treating the whole person, not just their skin condition. I strive to alleviate fears by being direct yet rational and reassuring. My goal is to provide therapeutic care that addresses both physical and emotional well-being, ensuring my patients feel understood and supported throughout their treatment journey. I enjoy hiking, weight training, reading, travelling, swimming, visiting my kids, and playing with my dogs.

Dr. Sheinbein was very thorough in his explanations of each treatment option and took the time to listen to my concerns. He addressed each concern accordingly and did well in making me feel like my opinions mattered. He was empathetic to my health concerns and I felt assured that being seen by Dr. Sheinbein was the best decision I could have made to address my dermatological issues.

My consultation was for 15 minutes and he spent maybe 5 minutes in the room, and max 10 seconds shining a light on my skin as an evaluation. Then I was prescribed medications and therapies without much being explained about either. I felt rushed, as if I was wasting his time, and left feeling embarrassed I even came in with concerns at all.
