Dr. Jimenez provides the best care. She listened to my concerns, took immediate action and provides detailed explanations. She made sure all my questions were answered, she has excellent communication skills and always friendly. She always greets us with a smile. Excellent personable personality.Very efficient about letting me know everything about my health, she went over my entire record with me. I was honestly scared to see a new doctor. The last time I saw a PCP, the experience left me traumatized and if it weren't for how excruciating my sciatic nerve pain was, I probably would still go with seeing a doctor. Dr. Jimenez was unlike any doctor I've ever seen. The waiting room was busy, it made me nervous she'd be rushing through my appointment. I was right about one thing, she was busy. But in our appointment she didn't rush me, she attended each one of my concerns and scheduled the following visit. I have been dealing with so much, she opened up a tunnel and I could see the light at the end. I'm so glad I booked and established care with her. A doctor who actually cares.
