We aim to simplify health care in every possible way — including when it comes to paying your bill. That's why we've partnered with Flywire to provide additional payment options for international patients.
Flywire provides convenient and affordable payments and protects you from hidden costs by offering local currency payment methods.
Financial counselors available
If you're here as an international patient, we want to help you have the very best experience possible. As part of that commitment, financial counselors are available to assist you with charge estimates, insurance or embassy benefit verification, and making deposits. Billing services
Learn more about our different billing services for international patients and how they may apply to you.
If you already have insurance, we will send claims directly to your health insurance company at their U.S. billing office.
If your health insurance company does not have a U.S. billing office, is not contracted or if you do not have insurance, you will be responsible for paying for all services. We require a good faith deposit based on the estimated services total prior to receiving care.
If you present in an emergency situation, you will receive treatment and a good faith deposit will be requested afterward.
If your medical appointments are covered by an embassy, you will need to submit a letter of guarantee authorizing payment for services prior to your appointment.
We will bill the embassy for all approved services on your behalf. For any unauthorized services, please contact our Global Patient Services representatives and we will help you with an approval request or pre-service deposit.
