About Patricia Anna Lace, NP

I decided to become a nurse practitioner because I am passionate about partnering with my patients to help them achieve their health goals. I believe meaningful, lasting health outcomes come from collaboration, trust and open communication. As a nurse practitioner, I have the opportunity to listen deeply, provide education and empower patients to take an active role in their care. My goal is to build strong, supportive relationships that honor each individual's values and work together to create a personalized path toward optimal health and well-being. My patient care philosophy is rooted in partnership. I believe the best health outcomes are achieved when care is built on trust, open communication and shared decision-making. Each patient brings unique experiences, values and goals, and I am committed to listening closely and honoring those perspectives. By working collaboratively, we can develop personalized care plans that align with what matters most to the patient while incorporating evidence-based medicine. My role is to provide guidance, education and support; the patient's role is to share their story, priorities and concerns. Together, we create a path toward improved health, prevention and overall well-being. I strive to foster a respectful, compassionate environment where patients feel heard, empowered and confident in their care because true healing happens when we work as a team. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, baking, hiking and traveling with my husband.
