Baby and Me Yoga Pass
Baby and Me Yoga is a gentle and restorative class that can help reduce stress, improve sleeping patterns and help with baby bonding. Our class is held in a temperature-controlled room and babies are included in the yoga practice. Moms should be at least four to six weeks postpartum. Other caregivers are welcome, as well as babies up to 9 months old.
No previous yoga experience is necessary. The first class is free for women at least four to six weeks postpartum.
Please note, there will be no class on Tuesday, Feb. 6, or on major holidays.
