Explore the ancient art of belly dance at this one-day class designed for medical professionals and members of the public. The workshop will combine a lecture on the history and health benefits of belly dance as well as dance instruction featuring authentic Middle Eastern music.
Belly dancing can improve flexibility and coordination, while increasing your core muscle strength. You will also learn how to nurture your body, mind and spirit through this exquisite dance form.
