This free monthly support group is open to family caregivers.

If you are new to or have long embraced the important role of caregiving, this one-hour, professionally-led support group is designed for you. Licensed social workers from Sharp Grossmont Hospital facilitate this monthly meeting to share resources, experiences and emotions in a safe environment. All sessions are free and open to the community.

Parking is free on-site. Additional free parking is available across the street in the Brier Patch Campus lot.
