Identity and Purpose Virtual Grief Workshop
Our identity is defined in part by our relationships with others. The death of a loved one can alter how we see ourselves and our future. This virtual workshop will provide opportunities to find clarity, direction and meaning after the loss of a loved one.
Participants will learn how the grief process affects aspects of their identity and purpose by using writing prompts, mindfulness and strength-building practices. You will also receive guidance on how to take steps forward in your healing.
This workshop is designed for adults whose loved one died 6 months to 2 years ago. A screening is required to participate. Please register as soon as possible or no later than Sept. 15, as space is limited. A representative from Sharp HospiceCare will contact you 1-2 weeks before the start date to find out if this workshop is right for you and go over required paperwork.
