Intuitive Eating Class Series: Stress Less, Savor More
Have you experienced dieting-induced stress? Felt deprived while trying to eat healthy? Our society continues to put emphasis on appearance and weight, which often leads to dieting, overeating, shame and guilt.
This six-week class series is an opportunity to rebuild your relationship with food, physical activity, and your body while putting emphasis where it is most important — on health and well-being.
Class topics will include:
- Mindful eating experientials (food samples provided)
- Exploration of common influences on your eating
- Strategies to tune in and respond to hunger and fullness cues
- Action steps to redirect emotional or habit-driven eating
