Mindful Meditation Class for Sharp Employees & Volunteers
Join fellow Sharp employees and volunteers at this free weekly mindful meditation class. Learn how mindful awareness practices can help you develop greater mind-body awareness and reduce stress. The instructor will utilize sitting meditation to enable you to work through difficult thoughts and emotions and will teach you how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life.
Research shows mindfulness can impact life positively in the following ways:

- Improve attention/concentration
- Increase self-awareness
- Positively impact the brain
- Reduce stress, chronic physical pain and emotional reactivity
New and experienced meditators are welcome to attend. Advanced registration is not required.
