Discover how mindfulness practices can help you build greater mental resilience and emotional well-being at this free eight-week course conducted via Zoom. You will learn how you to empower yourself with mindfulness practices throughout your day, whether you're sitting, driving, walking or even cooking.
No experience is necessary and all levels are welcome.
