Qigong Class: Level 1
Qigong is an ancient Chinese art of generating energy for health, mental clarity and spiritual fulfillment. It combines gentle physical movements with synchronized breathing and meditation.
In this educational forum, participants will explore the history and cultural beliefs of the art, evaluate individual stressors in their lives, and learn the first six forms of Qigong. By the end of the course, participants will be able to practice efficiently on their own and derive the full physical, emotional and mental benefits.
