Sepsis Class With Cheetah
Fee: Free
Sharp Chula Vista ICU registered nurses will review sepsis pathophysiology, identification and treatment. The course will focus on evaluating and reevaluating the patient's fluid status with the Cheetah monitor.
By attending this class, you will:
- Differentiate all deaths caused by sepsis versus programmed cell death
- Define sepsis and review pathophysiology by individual organ system
- Discuss early identification and treatment of sepsis
- Identify opportunities for intervention
- Receive hands-on practice with Cheetah
