If you want to improve your core strength or stability or are interested in learning more about the whys and hows of maintaining a healthy spine, attend this one-hour gentle exercise class with a Sharp Rees-Stealy physical therapist.
This course will teach you how to:
- Improve your trunk strength, stability and endurance
- Improve the functional mobility of your core
- Improve your efficiency of movement
- Have proper body mechanics for daily activities
