This virtual workshop, led by a Sharp HealthCare OBGYN, urogynecologist and licensed social worker, will help you navigate the early recovery process that occurs during the “fourth trimester" — the first three months after birth. You will learn how to set yourself up for success by understanding your postpartum body better, recognizing symptoms of common postpartum conditions and navigating your mental health during this time.
