Transforming Stressful Emotions Into Positive Action Class
Whether you are experiencing something challenging yourself or supporting someone who is, attend this free half-day workshop to learn how you can develop greater emotional resilience to work through stressful emotions, including anger, fear, anxiety and sadness.
A Sharp-affiliated physician will help you learn tools for calming and centering your mind and managing emotions that add to stressful situations. You will also explore body awareness and breath-energy techniques, as well as self-inquiry and how to work in partnership with others.
The class is open to people of all ability levels, including patients (do not need to be a patient of Sharp), caregivers and health care professionals. A light breakfast will be provided.
