Vonnie Coover-Stone

Vonnie Coover-Stone is a case manager at Sharp Coronado Hospital. Her main job is to prepare patients to go home after their hospital visit, making sure they have what they need at home. She believes that, as good as the care is at the hospital, the best place to heal is at home.
