The New Beginnings Boutique & Gift Shop is more than booties and balloons. It's an experience — designed with you in mind. Staffed seven days a week by certified lactation educators, we offer a large selection of nursing bras, breast pumps for sale and rent, breastfeeding accessories and more. Even better, we provide guidance and support.

Are you a new mom with questions about breastfeeding? Sharp Mary Birch is here to help. While our outpatient breastfeeding support groups are currently canceled, the certified lactation educators at the New Beginnings Boutique & Gift Shop are standing by to address all your breastfeeding questions or challenges.
We understand that every mom and baby are different and that when navigating the challenges of breastfeeding, advice and reassurance are often what's needed most. If your questions are unable to be answered, we will help schedule an appointment via telephone with a Sharp Mary Birch lactation specialist to assist you further.
To speak to a lactation educator today, call 858-939-4127 daily from 10 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, and from 10 am to 3 pm, Saturday and Sunday.
Gift giving made simple.
Our gift shop provides specialty gifts that can be purchased in store or by phone. By calling us directly, a sales associate can assist you in choosing gifts and personally take them to a patient. Our gifts include stuffed animals, flowers, greeting cards, balloons and much more. Our shop also provides magazines, toiletries and snacks. Proceeds from gift-shop sales go directly to the Sharp Memorial Auxiliary to fund programs and projects for Sharp Mary Birch Hospital and Sharp Memorial Hospital.

We're located on the first floor of Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women & Newborns. Parking is validated, and available in the Health Center Drive parking garage in front of the hospital. Free, 15-minute parking spots are also available in the circle drive in front of the hospital for boutique customers.
