If you have a lab order from your provider, you can book an appointment in the Sharp app. Walk-ins are also welcome at any of our Sharp Rees-Stealy laboratory locations.

Please bring the following:

• Insurance card

• Photo ID

• List of current medications

• Credit or debit card for any anticipated co-payments or out-of-pocket expenses

If you need to complete lab work ordered by a provider outside of Sharp Rees-Stealy, please bring the order sheet from your provider. Please allow for extra time to review the order.
