She patiently and throughly explained the purpose of my visit; she interpreted my lab results; she drew diagrams; and explained how we would move forward and monitor my lab work. My entire experience with all staff provided me relief and reassurance that I am goi g to be ok. Given that I am a breast cancer survivor, I was truly scared.
