About Katelyn Anne Dato-On, DO
Caring for children fills my days with joy and purpose. Watching them grow, develop new skills, and discover the world never ceases to amaze me and I feel honored to be part of that journey. When you bring your child to see me, I care for them as I would my own. I take a holistic approach, taking time to understand not just their symptoms, but their personality, passions, and the world they live in. I believe that caring for a child means supporting the whole family and working together to help them stay healthy, happy, and thriving. My goal is to be a trusted partner in your child’s care: someone you can turn to for guidance, reassurance, and a listening ear at every stage of their journey. Outside of work, you’ll find me adventuring outdoors with my husband and our dog. I love hiking, beach days, biking, working out, yoga, camping, and trail running.

Dr. Dato-On is a much better fit for us (so far) than our last pediatrician. We very much appreciated that she listened to our healthcare plan of getting our daughter caught up on vaccines for daycare at a pace we are comfortable with. She gave us a lot of information about transitioning baby to solid foods. Since there is a lot of information, I think maybe a quick handout with examples and timeframes (e.g., can start puree cereal at 4-6 months) would be helpful only because there is just so much information out there! Also a list of potential supplements that would be good to add to baby's routine.
