I was very concerned about the infection in my stubbed toe, saying I had been seen already and been on antibiotics for 5 days, and she proceeded to say in a condescending tone, "you can't just wave a magic wand over an infection and have it go away". Obviously, I know that, but her condescending comment immediately put me off and I did not feel comfortable the entire appointment.
