Very disappointed with my first dr visit with dr Serrano She was very late, also messaging on messenger during my appointment sort of giggling and smiling while doing so and I ask if something was wrong with my labs and she said oh no it's just they are messaging me I have to go. I said you just got here you were late to see me and now my appointment is cut short. Then she said oh so what do you need. Well I said I thought you go over labs and answer my questions. I don't feel I should have to feel im annoying the dr by asking about my health concerns or be rushed. I will not recommend her nor will I go back to see her. I had sharp on a high standard but that visit made me feel the opposite about it due to her lack of patient care.
