About Thuan Nguyen, DO
I decided to become a physician to help people live healthier lives and make meaningful differences through science and compassion. I believe in patient-centered care that respects everyone’s values, preferences and unique health needs. I prioritize clear communication, shared decision-making, and compassionate support. My goal is to provide evidence-based treatment while empowering patients to take an active role in their health. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, exploring different cuisines and cooking. I also enjoy playing piano, going to the gym.

The doctor was very friendly.However, the appointment was maybe ten minutes.She spoke very very quickly, there wasn't a lot of discussion. I mentioned I have been depressed to the nurse.The doctor didn't discuss that at all. The doctor asked questions unaware of conditions that should have been/ were listed in my chart about existing conditions and a past tumor. I had to insist on a regular procedure before it could be scheduled. And she just kept saying anything else, anything else, anything else... And seemed in a hurry to get out of the room to the next patient. This is my first experience with this Doctor. She didn't seem to know anything about me.And I don't think she left with much information about me. Her role seemed to be to collect some data to pass me to other doctors.
