The doctor suggested removing the entire toenail to completely prevent the granuloma from returning, but assured me that it wasn't absolutely necessary. He mentioned he could take a more aggressive approach with the cut this time, given that I had already undergone partial nail removal a month ago. He was very attentive to my concerns, and both he and the nurse worked seamlessly together to make me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process.
