The Birch Patrick Convalescent Center is located at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center, and is a convenient option for those living and working in Chula Vista, Bonita, Eastlake, Otay Ranch and surrounding South Bay communities of San Diego.

Our program combines all areas of care — from rehabilitation therapies to wound and ostomy services to end-of-life hospice care — and our focus is on support and counseling for you and your family. We know that this journey often goes beyond medical treatment, and that's why we offer a variety of support services and alternative therapies — including cooking classes, arts and crafts, movie nights and holiday celebrations.

With private rooms, outdoor patios and healing gardens, we provide an experience of comfort and serenity. You can rest easy knowing your loved one is receiving the best care possible with our certified, comprehensive skilled nursing services. And our daily recreational activities help keep residents physically active and socially engaged.
