About Christopher Makdesi, DO
I decided to become a physician because I am driven by the belief that health care is most effective when it empowers people to prioritize preventive care and lifestyle choices that stop illness before it starts. My medical philosophy is centered on the belief that the best way to treat a condition is to prevent it from developing in the first place. I am a firm advocate for preventive care, prioritizing routine screenings, lifestyle modifications and early interventions to maintain long-term health. By focusing on proactive wellness rather than just reactive treatment, I aim to empower patients with the education and tools necessary to diminish health risks before they become chronic issues. My goal is to build a foundation of health that supports a high quality of life through every stage of a patient's journey. In my free time, I enjoy working out, watching sports, cooking, and spending time with my friends and family.
