Discussing one's elimination could be so uncomfortable, but Dr. Almario asks questions and records answers with a matter-of-fact attitude, but not at all in an abrupt manner--that he makes the discussion so much easier. He gives clear advice In such a way that one trusts that following It will help the condition. And I did, and It did!
